Return of goods

We implement a 30-day return policy. If you have purchased something and it has been 30 days since then, we regret to inform you that we cannot refund or exchange it for you.
Goods that meet the return criteria must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. The goods must also be in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are not eligible for return. Food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, etc., which are perishable items, are not returnable. We also do not accept returns for the following products: private or hygiene products, dangerous materials or flammable liquid or gas products.
Other non-returnable goods:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
To complete the return procedure, we require you to provide a receipt or purchase proof.
Please do not send the purchased goods back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a portion of the payment can be refunded: (if applicable)

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that have been opened and used.
* Any goods that are not in their original state, damaged or have missing parts due to reasons other than ours.
* Any goods returned within 30 days after shipment.
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving your returned goods and inspecting them, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also inform you of the result of your refund request, whether it is approved or rejected.
If the processing result is approved, the system will handle your refund request and automatically return the credit balance to your credit card or to the original payment path within a few days.
Refund overdue or not received (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, and it may take some time for the formal refund to be processed.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Special-priced goods (if applicable)
Only full-price goods can be refunded. Regrettably, special-priced goods cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged goods. Gifts
If the purchased goods are marked as gifts and were directly shipped to you by the merchant, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned goods. Once the returned goods are received, we will mail you a gift voucher.
If the purchased goods are not marked as gifts or the gift giver has shipped the order to their own address and then sent it to you, we will refund the gift giver. He will know that you have returned the goods. Transportation

If the goods you transport exceed $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.
